What was your most awkward moment in high school?

"I tripped up the stairs of the stage in front of most of the school on my birthday. But I got up and gave the crowd a big thumbs up and laughed it off!"

Funny story, hahaha.
So, it just happened to be my 16th birthday, you know, sweet sixteen and all that jazz, and a comedian couple came to my high school! So, I was all excited to go see them like "yes, this is such a great gift to me!!" And also, the boy that I had dated/still liked was working the tech-booth for the show.
So near the end of the show, he asked for volunteers, mind you, almost half the school was in the auditorium. I had never been picked as a volunteer when anything was on stage, and I decided that today, I would be.
Of course, his wife picked me.
So I'm all excited and I go up to the stage.
And I trip up the stairs.
Everyone was laughing, but I'm humble.
I got up, brushed my self off, gave a big thumbs up and a smile to the crowed and laughed it off!
I was then Marsha Brady in an act that he did, hahaha.

Oh, and the boy I liked at the time found it extremely funny also.

New Haircut?

I need a new hair cut. And a new straightener. And a new car. And a new camera. And new headphones.
I'm all for wanting right now aren't I?
But, for real, I need a new hair cut. All of my hair is basically one length and it has no shape. I've just got a frumpy look going on, and I need bangs again.
So, any ideas? My hair is really thick, wavy, and curly. It's longer in the front rather than the front, because of having my hair spike-able in the back before I grew it out. I kinda want swept bangs, I think they'll look good on me. I dunno. Thought?

CoughCough

So, I've been super sick with allergy problems over the last week and 2 days. I didn't get any actual medicine until this past Saturday, where I got the Walgreens brand of Mucinex called "Mucus Relief DM," and so far it is working wonders. The only problem is taking it every four hours or so, I wish it lasted at least 12 hours.
So, along with coughing up random slimy blobs, and coughing just for the sake of coughing, I haven't been feeling all to great during this last week. Yesterday my roommates thought I had a fever because I looked red in the face, but I realized today that my face has turned red due to standing out in the sun for almost two hours, waiting to have my caricature drawn. The guy was really nice, there were maybe 15 of us still waiting in line after 2:00PM, and that was when they stopped paying him. He still drew us, but only did them in black and white, I guess we had to pay for colour =].

But yeah, this month has been going along rather smoothly so far. I've had many tests and I haven't failed them, yet. I'm trying my hardest to get at least a C in chemistry. Maybe I'll surprise myself and get a B!
On a more sad note, a girl committed suicide at a dorm across the street from mine on Sunday night. They haven't told us why, but perhaps even they do not know. I hope her family is doing as well as can be expected. It was really touching last night, I attended the candle light vigil for her (though I did not know her) and almost a thousand people showed up and stood silently with candles in her name.
I think the Catholic church would be in uproar if she was Catholic. The suicides are tormented in hell for all eternity.
